Skift Take: At face value, Hawaii’s newly enacted 14-day mandatory self-quarantine to everyone arriving to the island could further decimate its travel industry. But nearly 100 hotels have already closed due to the coronavirus downturn in travel, and unemployment claims already account for 11 percent of the state’s eligible workforce.
